We may collect:

• Purchase history
• Product preferences

• Wellness programme participation details

Payments are processed by Safaricom through the M-Pesa (Daraja) platform; we receive confirmation of payment but do not store your M-Pesa PIN or full card details.

We use personal information to:

• Process and fulfil orders
• Arrange deliveries

• Personalise recommendations
• Conduct customer research
• Develop new products and services
• Send relevant communications

To understand how the shop is used we use PostHog, an analytics service hosted in the European Union. We also use Klaviyo, an email marketing service based in the United States. This means some data is processed outside Kenya. Both run only with your consent: we ask on your first visit, and until you accept, neither loads in your browser or sets a cookie. Declining costs you nothing.

If you accept, we also tell Klaviyo when an order you placed has been paid: the items, the amounts and the order number, together with the email address you gave at checkout or on your account, so that our follow-up emails fit what you bought. We never send Klaviyo your phone number. If you join the Greenz Circle newsletter, your email goes to Klaviyo for that purpose, and your paid orders are shared the same way, whatever you chose on your first visit. When you place an order, make an enquiry, sign up for updates, participate in an event or otherwise provide your contact information, you consent to receiving communications relating to:

Opting out of marketing communications will not prevent us from contacting you regarding active orders, deliveries, recalls or customer service matters.
