Many of our products are fresh, seasonal and sourced from local growers and suppliers. Availability may vary and certain products may occasionally sell out between restocks. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products without notice.

All prices are displayed in Kenyan Shillings (KES). Prices may change without prior notice. In the event of an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a refund where applicable.

Orders are confirmed once payment has been received and verified. Accepted payment methods may include:

• M-Pesa
• Debit cards
• Credit cards
• Other approved payment providers

Our products are everyday foods and wellness goods. None of them is age-restricted.

• You earn 1 point for every KES 100 spent on products. Delivery fees earn no points.
• Each point is worth KES 1 off products on a later order. Points cannot be used on delivery fees.
• Points are credited once an order is paid, and reversed if that order is refunded.
• Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
• Earning and redemption rates may change with notice on this page.

Fresh produce is a natural product. Variations in colour, shape, size, texture and ripeness are normal and do not constitute defects.

Certain products require refrigeration or specific storage conditions. Customers are responsible for following any storage instructions provided. Local Greenz Market cannot be responsible for quality deterioration resulting from improper storage after delivery or collection.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Local Greenz Market shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or services. Nothing in these Terms limits rights granted to consumers under applicable Kenyan law.
